Storage options have not been revealed. But the leaks and rumors suggest that the 64 GB as the base variant has been removed by Apple. So it may 128 GB to become the next base variant.

Battery:

2018 iPad has a 36.7 watt-hour battery with 7812 mAh battery which will last for 10 hours of continues use. The battery of the new iPad Pro will surely upgrade.

5G connectivity is the other rumor that is heard and yes Apple is going to build 5G supported iPads.
