✅Click on start,>>>right click on "computer",>>>click on manage, 

✅click "disk management" on the Computer Management console,

✅locate the drive you want to split,
let us say your computer has just one partition and you want to split that partition into two,
right-click on the drive and click shrink volume,

✅Enter the amount of space you want to shrink,

Note: you can't shrink more than the size available to shrink,

then click shrink,>>>after shrinking, you will see an unallocated partition,

✅Right-click on it and click new simple volume,>>>click next,
Enter the size of disk you wish to create in megabytes and click next,>>>change the Volume label to anything you wish and click next,>>>then finish.
