Banana Bread
Is very easy to make and it is very delesious to eat if you wanted to.
So for the preparation of Banana Bread is there is 10 minutes required
time and the cook time for this will be 55 minutes and I want to tell
you that the best bananas to use for Banna Bread are those that are
over-riped. The yellow peels outside the banana should be half browned
and Now without wasting much time let's get into our today's Banana Bread Recipe.
2 to 3 bananas, peeled (about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups mashed)
1 tea spoon baking soda
1/3 cup melted butter, unsalted or salted its upto you
1 large egg, beaten
Some of salt
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar (1/2 cup if you would like it less sweet, 1 cup if more sweet)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until it is completely smoothen and then add the melted butter into the mashed bananas and stir it.
3. Now add the baking soda and salt. Then stir in the sugar, vanilla extract and beaten egg and mix in the flour.
4. Pour the batter into the your prepared loaf pan and Bake for 1 hour and 50 minutes at 175C.
5. Take out the pan from the oven and let it be cool and then remove the banana bread from the pan and let it cool completely before serving it. Slice And Serve (A bread Knife will help you to get this out of the pan
