What is 90hz display ?
Basically Hz means who many time your screen refreshes a static image
per second . So in case of 90 hz display the screen refresh 90 times per
second and in case of 120 hz display it refresh 120 times per second
Do we need 90hz display in smartphone ?
In my opinion having a 90hz display is great for having smoother experience but in 2019 most of the apps and games on smartphones support 60hz standard screen and are made according to them . So what is the purpose of having 90hz screen when most of your only support 60hz . But technology every then and now in future most of the smartphone will support 90 hz or 120hz display
Is there a big difference between a 90hz and 60hz display??
No there is not a very big difference between 90hz and 60hz . For normal person like you will not find much difference it basically like 720p video and 1020p video
But if you compare a 120 hz display and 60hz display you will find a big difference it will be twice fast as your standard 60hz display

Cheap smartphone doesn't have 90hz display because for having a high refresh rate display you should have a great processor to support quick response and that will increase the price that why cheap smartphone doesn't have 90hz display .
