If you do not brush your teeth before going to sleep it will be able to get rid of germs and plaque on your teeth that accumulate long time all day. 3.    Use Fluoridated Toothpaste
Fluoride is a natural element that can be found in many things, like drinking water and also the food that you eat. Fluoride will be surrendered by the body to use cells that build your teeth to strengthen what it is called tooth enamel. You need to know, if fluoride is the main defense  of against problems in teeth that work by fighting germs it can cause damage the teeth and it can protect the teeth naturally. For this reason, for the sake of your dental health, use toothpaste that contains of fluoride.

4.    Do Not Smoke
Something contained in cigarettes, namely tobacco, can cause teeth to turn yellow and lips turns black. Smoking will actually increase your risk of gum disease and oral cancer. Where it is very bad for your dental health, you have to stop smoking right now.

5.    Drink More Water
As we know that water is the best drink for your overall health, including for your health, because it can help to clean up some of the negative effects that are on food and drinks which stick to your teeth. By drinking water, then unconsciously you also take care of your dental health to stay healthy.

6.    Limit in Consuming Sweet and Sour Foods
You may often hear words like this " do not eat sweet food, then perforate teeth ". You need to know, sweet foods will be turned into acid by bacteria in the mouth which can damage away your tooth enamel. This is what can cause you to perforate quickly. You do not need to stop eating sweet food, you just have to reduce it for the sake of your dental health.
