For caramel

  • Sugar - 2 tablespoon
  • Water - a little

 Instructions

1. At first, cut the mango, and put into a blender and blend it. You have to try and blend it with mango juice instead of water. Provide very little water if needed.
2. Three cups of liquid milk should be boiled with 3 cups of milk. The milk should be refrigerated with cinnamon and cardamom. The smell of spices will be mixed with milk. After cooling the milk, the cardamom and cinnamon should be removed.
3. The eggs should be well hatched. Then the sugar should be well mixed with the egg.
4. Now add the milk to the egg mixture and mix the mango pulp. The mango essence will be mixed. Now the mixture of the pudding is ready.

For caramel

1. In a non-stick pan, fry the sugar with a little water and a little water. This is caramel. Now in the container where the pudding is deposited, pour the caramel over it while it is still hot.

Tips
